They followed up via text and calls to ensure the work they did on our 3 showers and toilets was fixed and not having any other issues. They were professional, excellent communicators, and great problem solvers to put the pieces together to figure out what the problem was and how to solve it. Very patient in diagnosing the issues and getting the products to fix the toilets & shower issues at hand. They even showed our son a thing or too who loves to fix things. Family oriented team. "Once an appointment was set, they arrived on time. My problem was I had a toilet that was leaking at the base. They disconnected the toilet from the floor, cleaned out. The old seal, replaced the seal and reattached the toilet after placing a silicone seal around the base. They proceeded to clean up the mess, and made everything good as new.
I would certainly hire them again if I had any additional plumbing problems.
